Monisha is a trauma-informed, somatic therapist who specializes in supporting adults through life transitions, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm. With a deeply relational and culturally responsive approach, she helps clients reconnect with themselves, process difficult experiences, and move toward healing that feels sustainable and authentic.
As a first-generation American, Monisha brings a unique understanding of the complexities that arise when navigating multiple cultural identities, family dynamics, and societal expectations. Her lived experience, combined with extensive clinical training, allows her to hold space for nuance and depth—offering care that is both compassionate and grounded.
Monisha’s work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, presence, and honoring the full self. She brings warmth, curiosity, and intention to each session, creating a space where clients feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow. Drawing from practices like mindfulness, nervous system regulation, inner child work, and culturally responsive psychoeducation, Monisha tailors each session to meet the unique needs of the person in front of her. Her work is holistic and relational, honoring the whole person—mind, body, and story—while gently supporting growth and transformation at a sustainable pace
