“Embrace your grief. For there, your soul will grow.” – Carl Jung

Grief touches all of us. Whether you’ve lost a loved one recently or many years ago, the pain can feel overwhelming and isolating. At Sahara grief support group we believe healing begins when we come together to share stories, offer support, and simply be present for one another.

About the Grief Support Group

Our virtual grief support group is a safe, welcoming space where people can express their feelings and thoughts openly in a non judgmental environment. This will be a respectful and confidential space for meaningful discussions. Each group member will be encouraged to share, reflect and be warmly supported and guided by trained facilitators, Shashi Khanna and Swati Iyengar.

The group is open to any South Asian grieving the loss of a loved one – regardless of the relationship or time since the loss. You don’t need to be “in the right stage” of grief to join us.

We understand that everyone grieves differently. Whether you feel like talking or just want to listen, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
