Free mental health screenings will be offered by SAMHIN at the Health Fair organized by the Hindu Temple Society of America. Many other medical services will be provided as well at this annual health fair.
The SAMHIN team of mental health providers will provide free mental health screenings for stress, anxiety, depression, alcohol and drug use, ADHD, and smoking/tobacco use. The clinicians will be available to answer your questions, address concerns and provide guidance and referrals. Free educational handouts will also be available. Naloxone nasal spray will be available free. Medical teams will provide EKG, blood tests, physical therapy advice, eye exams, etc.

SAMHIN will join a Mental Health Fair hosted by High Tech High School to raise awareness about mental health and well-being among students and the community. Visit the SAMHIN table for resources, interactive quizzes, and prizes while learning about mental wellness.Students will have a chance to engage with mental health experts and ask questions about mental health while participating in fun activities.

SAMHIN will partner with New Brunswick Public Library to bring mental health awareness in the South Asian community during the Holi celebration at the New Brunswick Pubic Library.
