Mental Health & Wellness Fair – High Tech High School, Secaucus, New Jersey

The South Asian Mental Health Initiative and Network (SAMHIN) will participate in a Mental Health Fair organized by High Tech High School to promote awareness of mental health and well-being among high school students and community members.

At the SAMHIN table, students will have access to helpful mental health resources and information designed to encourage open conversations about emotional well-being. Attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in interactive quizzes, learn practical tips for maintaining mental wellness, and win small prizes.

The event will take place in a lively and welcoming atmosphere, bringing together multiple organizations committed to promoting health and wellness. Through engaging activities and educational resources, the fair aims to empower young people with knowledge, reduce stigma around mental health, and foster a supportive community.

Note: This event is exclusively for the Students and staff of High Tech High School.
