I am a second-generation Punjabi, Sikh woman. I often work with individuals facing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, women’s health, identity development, and cultural stressors. My approach is relational, holistic, and integrative, recognizing that emotional well-being is closely intertwined with physical health, relationships, personal growth, social justice, and the well-being of our broader community.
I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Together, I hope to better understand past and present challenges and promote a sense of acceptance, resilience, and belonging. I am currently offering virtual sessions and available for new clients.
