My work focuses on helping people fully connect with their emotions, manage the ups and downs of everyday life, and, ultimately, stay aligned with their ambitions. I use techniques backed by research, in combination with an understanding of your unique attributes, to develop a tailored plan for reaching your goals. My training in behavioral medicine also ensures that we acknowledge and incorporate the mind-body connection into our work. This might involve making changes to improve sleep, building awareness of how stress impacts us physically, finding balance through mindfulness exercises, or simply talking things out.
