I work primarily with Queer, Desi, and BI/POC folks to navigate feelings of anxiety, grief, loneliness, guilt or shame. I also support clients in processing attachment and trauma experiences, and uncovering persistent patterns rooted in childhood. If you find yourself in constant anxiety spirals, wanting support navigating life transitions, struggling with vulnerability in relationships, or just looking for a space to process emotions, you don’t have to do it alone.
I specialize in working with anxiety and depression as well as religious and attached-based trauma. I borrow from various modalities such as IFS (internal family systems) and attachment theory to collaborate with clients and cultivate the judgment-free, compassion-focused and relational care they truly deserve.
I believe that therapy can be one of many ways to heal from generational patterns of harm and violence and would be honored to join you in that process.
