    A community symposium featuring Rutgers RWJ Medical School students discussing complementary strategies for our mental well being. Presentation will include yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, role of music and dance, mental health and diet, role of vitamins in brain health, different forms of tranditional medicine. Presentaion will dispell some common myths. Resources will be shared to support those affected.
