Hello! I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the mental health treatment of Asian and South Asian adults. As a therapist, I use an integrative approach, both focusing on the development of coping skills for current stressors, and exploring relational patterns that contribute to how we are showing up today. My therapy philosophy is that we are all experts on ourselves and our needs – I’m here to guide you through the process of increasing self-awareness and becoming the person you wish to be. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, body image issues, relational and familial issues, identity development and multicultural exploration.
