I offer strengths-based, trauma-informed psychotherapy to help deal with difficult relationship dynamics, gaining a sense of rootedness in one’s identity, and/or navigating mental health challenges. I provide a therapy home to clients with marginalized identities because I know that interactions with mainstream society can erode away at our sense of safety.
