I am working on my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision with my research focus being on the wellness of South Asian Americans. I am dual certified in school counseling and mental health counseling. I practiced as a school counselor for several years, which guided my affinity towards working with adolescents and families. As a therapist, I use a multicultural and person-centered perspective to help clients co-create goals to work towards using clients’ strengths.
