Rutgers Robert Johnson Medical Students will explore the emotional and psychological impacts of reproductive health and hormonal changes on mental health. Through open discussion and education, students will discuss influences on South Asian women's mental health and overall wellbeing. This workshop aims to foster supportive conversations, reduce stigma surrounding mental health, and promote awareness of available resources.
