I am a trauma-focused therapist with extensive experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace and regain a sense of control and stability in their lives. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that healing happens when individuals are empowered to reconnect with their inner resilience, wisdom, and capacity for growth. I work collaboratively with clients to help them process trauma, build coping skills, and develop a deeper sense of self-trust and empowerment.
