During therapy, instead of giving you a diagnosis and starting treatment, I would like to know you as a WHOLE person at first. Our mind and body are powerful self-regulating devices and we can rely on their synchronicity for our fast changing needs. To achieve self-regulation, I utilize tools from psychology, neurosciences, yoga philosophy, and gut integrity.
I also collaborate with psychiatrists and other doctors as needed. Self-regulation is very important for our equilibrium and it needs work. I’ll work equally hard with you because we know that input equals output. It’s never too late to bounce back and become your most powerful self.
