I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT133951), supervised by Dr. Priya Parikh (PSY29128). I attended Pepperdine University, where I graduated with my M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I am passionate about working with young adults, couples, and South Asian individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, academic and occupational stress, relationship issues, and life transitions. I believe in a collaborative and eclectic approach tailored specifically to you and your needs as my client.
Further, being a South Asian therapist is very important to me. It was not until recently that mental health has received the value and recognition it deserves in my community. I understand the strength it takes for you to address and prioritize your mental health, especially when it is surrounded by deeply rooted stigma. So if you have made it this far, I would love to support you on this journey.
If you think we may be a good fit and live in California, please contact me for a free consultation. I hope we can work together and get you to a place of mental, physical, and emotional wellness.
