My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable to not only express yourself but to have a space to feel heard and validated. This process facilitates a positive therapeutic environment where therapist and client can connect, build rapport, and develop a therapeutic relationship based in trust.
My approach to therapy focuses on growth and development by utilizing self-awareness. Each individual is a sum of their parts, which includes their experiences, thoughts, feelings, and the context in which they reside. I use a strength-based approach to empower my clients and meet them where they’re at. This paired with self-acceptance creates a space within the session that supports you within your journey of self-growth. I am continuing to learn and explore within the therapeutic field, and I aim to serve a diverse population.
