I work with women who are overcome with trauma, anxiety, and those who want to feel more confident in themselves. As an Indian American woman, I know how hard it can be to balance multiple identities, deal with familial/societal obligations, or live up to certain “standards”. My goal is to help you manage your emotions and thoughts in a way that makes life simpler. You CAN and DESERVE to feel good about yourself, while making life more meaningful to you.
I am passionate about my work because I have had my own journey with building confidence in myself and recognizing that it is okay to put myself first when it is needed. Being an immigrant and woman of color, I have had to deal with adjusting to many changes, and challenges throughout my life. My experience allows me to work from a multicultural lens perspective to serve those who share similar challenges as mine. I also provide counseling in Hindi and Urdu – just ask!
