I offer virtual therapy for children, teens, young adults, and caregivers, grounded in evidence-based attachment principles and culturally informed, holistic views of health. I believe that young people thrive when they feel supported and connected with the important adults in their lives, so I take a family-centered approach that nurtures strong, healing relationships at every developmental stage. My goal is to help young people and their caregivers feel understood and equipped with practical tools to meet their needs and grow with confidence. For young adults and teens choosing to attend therapy without family involvement, I provide a safe, confidential space to define personal goals, reflect on challenges, and explore strengths and skills to meet goals and live a meaningful life.

My work is rooted in trauma-informed and multicultural care, recognizing the ways our early attachments, identities, histories, and environments shape our well-being. As a second-generation South Asian American, my own deep reflections on my journey through life has allowed me to recognize the unique and complex ways that culture shapes family experiences. I have extensive experience working with foster parents, kinship caregivers, and non-parental adults adjusting to new caregiving roles. Caregivers working with me learn how to interpret behavior through a developmental and relational lens, especially when early stress or adversity has played a role. I support families to honor all parts of a child’s story and approach the healing process with an open mind.
