I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of California (PSY 23823). The majority of the patients that I work with are struggling with OCD or anxiety disorders. I have spent years honing my skills in these areas because I believe that everyone deserves a chance to live a life free from the constraints of OCD and anxiety. My mission is to help clients make positive changes in their lives using research supported treatments. These therapies are designed to empower you with the tools you need to face your fears, challenge negative thought patterns, and ultimately reclaim your life from anxiety and OCD.
Within my practice, I am committed to delivering services that are culturally sensitive to all individuals, including people of color, immigrants, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I enjoy working with individuals from culturally and ethnically diverse backgrounds. As an Indian American therapist, I offer culturally sensitive services to all individuals including people of color, immigrants, women and LGBTQ+ individuals.
