Have you always thought about seeing a therapist, but perhaps your family or friends discouraged you, or you yourself were hesitant. You have come to the right place. I want to commend you on taking the first step towards self-discovery, not only does it require a leap of faith, but surrendering. As a therapist, I promise to be a compassionate confidant throughout the therapeutic process. I am here to help in the capacity that I can. Therapy can be a very vulnerable process. It can also be a foreign concept, if you are a first generation child of immigrants, such as myself.
If you are feeling “stuck” in the past, feeling misunderstood or unheard throughout different areas of your life, navigating through these challenges should not have to be done alone. You have come so far in your life, in spite of the trials and tribulations that you have experienced. The journey to self-love, can be heartbreaking.
I am currently providing telehealth to clients residing all throughout California. I specialize in: BIPOC (Black indigenous people of color), HSP’s, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, body image, and life transitions. My hope for you is that you leave therapy feeling more empowered and lead a more satisfying life.
