The South Asian Mental Health Initiative and Network (SAMHIN), in collaboration with the East Brunswick Public Library, invites you to an engaging and important webinar.

Conversations about mental health within South Asian families can often feel difficult and complex. This workshop aims to deepen understanding of why these conversations can be challenging and will provide practical strategies to help navigate them with greater confidence and openness.
