I am a New Jersey-based licensed therapist and the founder of a Healing Lotus Mental Health with an in-person office located in downtown Princeton. I earned my undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Centenary University. I am proud to serve as the first South Asian Vice President of the New Jersey Association of Women Therapists and currently hold the role of Education & Workshop Lead for South Asian Americans for Change, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit committed to reducing mental health stigma in South Asian communities through education, arts, and community engagement. My work is rooted in culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and relational approaches, with a particular focus on identity exploration, intergenerational family dynamics, relationships, and life transitions. I strive to create a warm, affirming space both virtually and in person where clients feel deeply seen, understood, and supported in their healing journey.
