Whether you are currently managing a crisis or wanting to increase your understanding of yourself and others in your life, I offer a safe and confidential therapeutic space to assist you. As a queer-identified therapist, I have experience working with intersections of gender diversity, sexuality, and immigration. I believe in the importance of understanding psycho-social and cultural contexts within which our individual and relational struggles occur. I also believe each of us have strengths and the potential to achieve balance in our lives and relationships. Connecting with a therapist who understands these complexities is often helpful in building a strong sense of self in relationships. I am an affirmative therapist who will work with you to create a therapeutic space to help you move towards your goals.
Along with my practice, I work as a full time faculty member in the Department of Marriage and Family Therapy at Syracuse University, NY.
I am currently only scheduling tele-therapy sessions.
