My work’s privilege is to be entrusted with your story, and it’s greatest joy is to find authentic mutual connection where each person leaves their mark. With warmth and acceptance, I work to unlock each client’s connection to and trust in their own strengths, wisdom, and creativity. I believe our bodies can hold our histories and emotions, as well as our solutions. So, I partner with clients to cultivate cognitive tools, along with somatic, body-based tools to cope and find new responses to present challenges. I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has provided individual, group, and family therapy since 2013. My work has spanned life experiences and backgrounds, from complex trauma to the build-up of daily hassles. I hold a Master of Arts in clinical social work from the University of Chicago Social Service Administration.
