I am a Harvard trained, Board Certified child, and adult Psychiatrist. Besides my child psychiatry fellowship at Harvard Medical School-Boston Children’s Hospital, I completed two-year Infant-Parent-Mental Health Fellowship at UMass Boston. I received more than 10 regional, national, and international awards for my academic excellence, teaching, clinical work, leadership, and advocacy. I am actively involved in teaching psychiatrists, residents, medical students, pediatricians, primary care physicians, social workers, and psychologists. I published more than 15 articles, wrote a book chapter, and presented many workshops at various prestigious conferences. I am currently clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Newark, NJ.
