I offer individual and group sessions on using the journal in a therapeutic format. With my background in Social work and Trauma, I am able to offer guided journaling prompts to those who are suffering from anxiety, who have low self-esteem issues, who have parental conflict, who need to set goals, who are grieving from the loss of a loved one or from a divorce. Journaling is a a self-care tool that can be used in conjunction with therapy and has proven to have many benefits including but not limited to improved sleep, positive outlook and well being, and developing self-compassion. It teaches you the art of learning to listen to your voice, and trust your voice, and begin the path of being authentic to yourself.
