Intersection of Asian Culture/Identity and Mental Health

This event is for Salesforce employees.

A panel discussion will address mental challenges in the Asian communities. These include :

• The stereotypes of mental illness
• Impact of the pandemic and rise in hatred and violence against Asians on the mental health of Asian community.
• Why are Asians reluctant to seek mental health care
• Why is there so much stigma around mental health in the Asian community? What are some of the best ways to reach out to young children, adolescents, and elders to erase the stigma of mental health?
