Mental Health Awareness at 5K Run, Clark, New Jersey

South Asian Mental Health Initiative and Network (SAMHIN) will partner with NJ Thamizhar to bring mental health awareness to their 5K run/Walk event at Oakridge Park, Clark, New Jersey. SAMHIN team will take this opportunity to engage attendees in open and supportive conversations about mental health. Printed information will be made available. SAMHIN team will be available to answer questions and provided information being sought about mental illness, available treatments, resources and referrals.
