The idea behind Zenergy Counseling is simple- being in Zen with your own Energy.
Much of my clinical experience was working with PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety and I enjoy getting to know my clients and seeing the changes over time. I use tools from an eclectic blend of techniques needed but my primary modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
