Dr. Sudha Wadhwani is a NJ licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience in clinical psychology and college mental health. She specializes in working with college students and young adults with a range of presenting concerns, including identity development, self-esteem, cultural conflict issues, relationships, academic and career issues, depression, anxiety, and other mental health symptoms and concerns. She also works with parents and families of high school and college students in improving open communication and bridging acculturation gaps in the family system. In addition, she works with adults, couples, and families in coping with developmental changes, loss, and trauma, through the life span. She has had extensive experience in South Asian mental health throughout her career, including research, scholarly writing, consulting, and professional workshops and presentations, locally and nationally. She is an out-of-network provider, offering in-person and telehealth sessions.
