I am a child of immigrants who learned to navigate and balance two cultural identities, so I deeply understand the pressure of trying to fit in while feeling disconnected from parts of myself. These experiences fuel my passion for supporting others within the BIPOC and South Asian communities as they reclaim their voice and step into their power. I integrate CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, and somatic therapy to offer a holistic and culturally attuned therapeutic experience. I provide tangible tools drawn from CBT and DBT to help you regulate emotions, while using experiential approaches like IFS, EMDR, and somatic practices to support deeper healing from within.
