I work with adolescents (14+), and adults from a trauma-informed, multicultural framework that incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Relational Cultural Therapy, and Attachment Theory. As a young queer person of color, I provide a therapeutic atmosphere that is affirming, supportive, understanding, honest, and sometimes humorous.
