Hello, I’m a board-certified psychiatrist who specializes in the treatment of adults in New York. I believe in a holistic, non-judgmental approach where you have the space and freedom to share your thoughts without constraint. I specialize in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, relationship issues and trauma with a unique experience in treating those with cross-cultural issues.

While my practice focuses on evidence based medication management, my approach integrates therapy with lifestyle interventions. I’m a firm believer in tailoring treatment plans so that they are realistic and achievable to provide sustained recovery to live a more fulfilling life.
