I work with adults, teens, and children on different healing journeys through issues like anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, OCD, and self-harm. I also specialize in mental health issues related to women’s health such as perinatal, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum mental health. Another focus area is relationship issues, communication, and conflict resolution, helping clients navigate difficult dynamics at work, school, and in personal relationships.

I use an integrated approach- CBT, REBT, DBT, and compassion-based and mindfulness-based practices – to build practical, lasting skills to not just ‘feel better’, but ‘get better’.
