I am a Licensed Psychologist with 20 years of experience in practice. I am committed to providing culturally responsive therapy to individuals who may be struggling with a wide range of issues. I value getting to know the whole person — not just their struggles, but also their strengths and gifts; and work collaboratively to develop appropriate solutions that suit the person and their context. I offer a non-judgmental, inclusive and affirming environment that welcomes all identities and backgrounds. Being deeply aware of the stigma regarding mental health concerns that is often present in our South Asian communities, I am sensitive to and proactive about addressing such barriers in therapy as needed. I offer therapy via tele-health and this allows me to be available to people not only in the DFW area, but anywhere in the state of Texas.
