By using a strengths-based approach and employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, I am dedicated to support and empower adolescents, adults, and families throughout their quest for happiness. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, family conflict, and relationship problems. I also work with high-achieving individuals that feel internal and external pressure to perform at a higher level. My special interest is working with individuals dealing with a life transition that causes them anxiety related to self-identity, uncertainty, and low self-esteem. Additionally, I work with individuals to explore family dynamics that may contribute to their presenting problem.
I also specialize in psychological testing and evaluation. I am qualified to complete educational and psychological testing to assess for ADHD, executive functioning deficits, and learning disorders. Using data from testing, I provide information for diagnostic purposes and make recommendations regarding treatment, testing accommodations, and interventions.
