Praha is a first-generation American of Bangladeshi descent who is committed to using a trauma-informed and decolonial perspective in the therapeutic process. Praha believes in building a healing space for clients where safety, warmth, and mutual respect are foundational in clients’ flourishing.

Praha empowers clients by supporting clients in unpacking and unburdening in a way that leads to transformation and ease. She utilizes a person-centered and strength-based approach alongside modalities such as cognitive-behavioral, narrative-based, and solution-focused therapies.
