I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, cultural/sexual identity, multigenerational/family of origin conflict, and prenatal/postpartum issues. I provide a gentle, curious, and collaborative style to encourage my clients to cultivate their internal resilience in a safe environment. I trust the client to be the authentic expert of their own lives, and view my role as a reflective mirror and resourceful companion.
I draw from attachment theory, narrative therapy, existentialism and family/relational systems. I also have certifications in yoga, ayurveda, and mindfulness. My therapy style is conversational, holistic and strives to strengthen the mind-body connection.
