She honors the story of what one has been though, where one is, and assists in creating goals for hopeful present and future. Also, Neha is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and is an artist! She loves to implement both mindfulness and creative methodologies into her practice because they are effective tools in holding space, processing life issues, and externalizing difficult narratives that one has experienced. She now serves at Innovation 360 as a Therapist, Creative Arts Therapist & Life Development team member. Neha also provides counseling in Gujarati, Spanish, and is proficient in Hindi.
