We practice strengths and evidence based therapy. We are a multilingual group and are fluent in English, Spanish, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati. We have experience working with adults, adolescents and children. We have worked with gender non-binary, LGBTQIA+ and trans individuals.
Our therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Interventions, Yoga therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
