We offer trauma-informed, client-centered services to help you in overcoming difficult life transitions and mental health challenges. Our focus is to help you heal, energize, and become aware of your inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
We practice strengths and evidence based therapy. We are a multilingual group and are fluent in English, Spanish, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati. We have experience working with adults, adolescents and children. We have worked with gender non-binary, LGBTQIA+ and trans individuals.
Our therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Interventions, Yoga therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
