I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) based in Naperville, Illinois. I completed my Master’s in Counseling with a Specialization in Rehabilitation from Adler University, and I bring a multicultural, culturally responsive approach to therapy. As a South Asian counselor, I understand the unique challenges faced by immigrant families and those experiencing intergenerational conflict.
I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, and strengths-based interventions with traditional talk therapy to foster growth. My therapeutic style emphasizes collaboration, trust, and creating a safe space where clients can explore challenges related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationships, daily functioning, and cultural identity.
I am passionate about supporting diverse clientele and addressing the ways that culture, family, and community shape mental health. By combining evidence-based practices with a multicultural counseling lens, I help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and live authentically.
I currently offer both in-person counseling in Naperville and telehealth therapy throughout Illinois.
