I am a licensed psychologist (LP) and licensed specialist in school psychology (LSSP). I work with children as young as ten, adolescents, and adults from a variety of backgrounds. While my primary area of specialty includes the use of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), I also incorporate multicultural and family systems perspectives; an overall integrative psychological approach.
My primary focus and training is specialized in anxiety, depression, grief, transitionary phases, and parent consultation work for a variety of emotional, behavioral and learning difficulties. I additionally value work surrounding multiculturalism, diversity, identity formation, and self-esteem. I also provide consultation surrounding educational services.
