My clients may be high achieving individuals suffering from various forms of angst between family stressors, career pressures, health changes, life transitions, and having difficulty facing patterns that no longer serve them or their relationship with the world. My clients may be dealing with depression, anxiety, and a lack of clarity. They may be having difficulty finding the answers that are already within themselves. My goal is to expose them to these codes and present the various strengths their mind finds.
Growing up South Asian, I know firsthand the pressures we have dealt with and household dynamics that often times hinder us in our current journey. While there is pride in our culture, there is also room for awareness to undo conditioning of past patterns.
I strive to create a safe environment for my clients to explore their issues, empower themselves and re-write their own story. The human condition is something that we are all bound to from the day we are born. With that in mind, my role is to allow my clients to live an autonomous lifestyle via CBT, DBT, narrative therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
