My mission is to empower individuals to overcome stigma, cultural barriers and improve their overall well-being, through exceptional therapy services and bring unique cultural understanding and compassion to every client.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My educational background consists of a Masters Degree in Social Work from Kean University and a Bachelors in Psychology . With a passion for helping individuals overcome their challenges, I specialize in assisting clients with depression, anxiety, and other psychiatric disorders while utilizing a variety of therapeutic models, including client-centered therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy, to provide a tailored and effective treatment plan for each of my clients. With experience working in multiple levels of behavioral health care, and more recently with children and adolescents, I have a deep understanding of the unique needs of young people and am dedicated to helping them reach their full potential.
