Life’s challenges are often unexpected. Yet, these obstacles are something we share and our struggles are what make us human. Fortunately, you do not need to navigate them alone. We will work through these challenges together as you rediscover your best self.

As a clinical psychologist, I am passionate about understanding the root causes of anxiety, depression, or other problematic behaviors to help maintain long-term stability after therapy. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship in order to build trust and help improve my client’s relationships outside of therapy. I aim to create an environment that is safe, healing, and fosters growth. I’ve been told that my down-to-earth personality often allows my clients to feel comfortable sharing their difficulties without fear of judgment or criticism.

I enjoy working with individuals in transitional stages of their lives and/or struggling with work/life balance. I have extensive experience working with ethnic minorities, anxiety and mood disorders, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

As my practice names suggests, I take a 312 approach to therapy…

3: Being mindful of the present; unpacking the past; building stability for the future.

1: Individualized care for YOU.

2: Our partnership, the 2 of us working together to build a strong, therapeutic relationship that fits your needs.
