Health Fair at Vrajdham – Parsippany, NJ – CANCELLED due to COVID-19 pandemic

SAMHIN Team will be available to provide screenings to anyone for stress, depression and other psychological and emotional difficulties and also for addiction to alcohol or tobacco.  In addition, following services will be available: EKG, physical exam, cardiac evaluation, cancer screening/ prevention, dental screening, physical therapy, pharmacy, dietary & nutrition counseling, hypertension & stroke review,  neurology evaluation & other services for people of age 40 & above without medical insurance or who are under-insured.

NOTE: Blood tests will be done on March 22. The results will be available on March 29.

Registration form must be completed and mailed.
