HCNJ has organized this Health Screening and Disease Prevention Fair.

SAMHIN will collaborate with HCNJ to provide mental health screenings. education, and prevention strategies

SAMHIN team of mental health providers will provide free screenings for psychological and emotional problems and addiction. We will answer your questions about mental illness and provide any advice and referrals when needed. We will respect your privacy during the mental health screenings. Free educational handouts will be available.

• If you smoke or chew tobacco and want to learn about how this is harmful and advice on quitting. Free testing will be provided.
• You would like to speak confidentially to the SAMHIN team of mental health providers.
• You have any questions about a loved one’s struggles with stress, depression, tension, or alcohol or drug use.

Medical health screenings: Blood test, EKG, Eye Exam, Physical examination, Cardiac evaluation, Dental screening, Pharmacy, cancer screening/prevention, Dietary and weight management, and Physical Therapy.
