When the veil of secrecy is lifted, the healing begins

The free support group welcomes anyone who has lost a loved one to suicide. Survivors can be family, friends, co-workers, and so on. The virtual meetings are run as peer support groups and facilitated by trained facilitators. They offer an opportunity to focus on and express your thoughts, feelings, challenges, and difficulties coping with the loss. The atmosphere is supportive, non-judgmental, and confidential.

There is no timetable for grief. Grief work and time will allow survivors to move beyond just survival. Listening to the encouraging words from other suicide loss survivors who share their stories provides hope. While the stories may differ, the aftermath that suicide survivors experience shares a common thread.
