Drawing from the symbolism of the lotus, despite growing in muddy waters, the lotus emerges clean and beautiful. The cyclical nature of the lotus, blooming by day and closing by night, symbolizes rebirth, renewal, and the continuous cycle of life. It represents the idea of new beginnings and personal transformation.
As the founder of The Lotus Path Psychiatry & Wellness, I wanted to create a holistic practice that combines modern medicine and psychiatry with holistic healing to help children, adolescents, and adults. I seek to treat the body and the mind as a single entity by integrating traditional psychiatric medication management with psychotherapy, mindfulness techniques, sleep and nutrition counseling, lifestyle coaching, and laboratory assessments if indicated.

My background in pediatrics also helps me bridge any communication gaps between the patient and any medical specialists on the patient’s treatment team. Unlike traditional brief medication visits, we dedicate time to thoroughly understand each patient, allowing for thoughtful, personalized, concierge style care. We simplify care by offering therapy, holistic wellness plans and traditional medication management. I am able to see clients virtually in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island and have immediate availability within 1-3 days.
