My approach is integrative and I tend to draw from a variety of theoretical modalities. I work from a primarily Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)/Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) orientation. However, I use a variety of different tools and techniques from various modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered approaches, Art Therapy, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic techniques. The tools used will depend on what we are talking about in the moment and where you are in your journey.

It can feel scary and intimidating opening up to someone new. Know that the pace of the sessions will be determined by your comfort level. I’ll meet you wherever you are.
